Ask the practice whether you need a referral from a GP before the first appointment. Ask what the first consultation costs, what the fee includes, and how follow-up visits are charged. Check whether home testing is available or whether the study has to be done overnight at the practice. If telehealth is offered, ask which parts of the assessment can be done remotely and which need a visit. If you are travelling from another town, confirm parking, public transport and the exact entrance before the day. Ask whether appointment confirmations and any forms can be sent before the visit. Ask who reviews the study results and when you will be told what they show. Confirm fees, availability and location directly with the practice, as directory listings are not updated in real time.
