Before booking, ask whether a referral or doctor's letter is needed, because requirements differ between practices and how a visit is funded. Request the current fee schedule, including any charge for the sleep study itself and for reporting the results. Ask how the study is arranged, how long the wait is for a test date, and when the results are discussed. Ask who reviews the study results and when you will be told what they show. Confirm the cancellation policy, since missed-appointment fees differ between clinics. If telehealth is offered, ask which parts of the assessment can be done remotely and which need a visit. Ask whether appointment confirmations and any forms can be sent before the visit. Treat the details here as a directory snapshot and confirm anything time-sensitive with the practice.
