Check whether self-referral is accepted or whether a GP referral is needed before booking. Ask for the total expected cost before booking, separating the consultation from any study or device fee. Confirm whether the practice runs its own sleep laboratory or refers patients elsewhere for testing. Ask whether appointment confirmations and any forms can be sent before the visit. If you need an interpreter, ask whether one can be arranged for the appointment. If telehealth is offered, ask which parts of the assessment can be done remotely and which need a visit. If you are travelling from another town, confirm parking, public transport and the exact entrance before the day. The listing is a directory entry rather than a booking service; check the practice's current details before making plans.
